I am fully aware that it is my personal desire to participate in the contest called from now on (Contest) for the election of: Latin Face USA 2018. I am fully aware that, in order to have the opportunity to participate in the preliminary auditions of said call, I agree to grant my consent to give the right of the appropriate use of my image and voice in case it is necessary for the promotion of said Contest. Likewise, I agree to comply with the necessary rules and stipulated by the organizers of said event. By submitting this request, it is very clear to me and understood that I am committed to guarantee, in an appropriate manner, each of the clauses mentioned below. Through this document, I irrevocably authorize MT Entertainment the right to use the name of my name, Voice and Image, for all purposes and for an indefinite purpose. related to said contest using any advertising agency or third parties as they deem appropriate for a better promotion. Which my name could appear in magazines as biographical material, I also authorize to grant my permission to appear in the videos that could be recorded during the process of said Contest in which I grant the consent that they can use my image, appearance, voice and charisma in any format that derives from the promotion, it can be press, radio television and even the methods currently in force in society such as: dissemination through social networks including the Internet and wireless systems that promotion could appear without prior notice and likewise understands that there will be no compensation for me I acknowledge I accept not having any right to any claim of Publication: I acknowledge and accept that uncomfortable or negative situations regarding my person may occur for any reason, including my way of speaking, dressing or walking: I accept and acknowledge that Manuel Martínez, and all the collaborators of the Rostro Latino USA Contest, the sponsors, the advertising agencies, the radio, the written press, the magazines and all the surroundings that the platform of said Contest implies, are exempt from Any claim from me or my family members for any inconvenience or convenience related to the use of my image in the realization and indefinite promotion of said Contest:

I understand and accept that it is my knowledge that said contract is based on the code of law "1542" stipulated in the State of California: I declare and acknowledge having read clearly and voluntarily each of the rules stipulated by the organizers of the RL USA Contest for which I agree to follow step by step the rules stipulated in it in the same way that I understand MT Entertainment demarcates of any responsibility towards me in case of any accident that could be cited during the process of the same including the period related to any trip around that event: I declare to be in full use of my physical and mental faculties to be able to participate in the auditions and later in the final if my case were given and even to sign this agreement, I manifest that I do it without any pressure, it is my will: I acknowledge and understand that in case of being eligible for the final stage of said competition, the Contest may be required to sign other additional documents related to the Contest: I acknowledge and agree not to promote any commercial product for the duration of the contest process, with any company that is not related to the organizers of RL USA nor will I allow my image to be authorized by any advertising agency that does not belong to the structure of: MT Entertainment. Accepting that if it is not for me, I will be entitled to the corresponding sanction: I acknowledge and agree to participate in each and every one of the preliminary and final phases including rehearsals if necessary with the organizers of Rostro Latino USA without creating conflicts of any kind: In case of having my partner, I agree to present a written permission signed before one of the organizers in which he / she authorizes me his consent to participate in said Contest, without causing any setback that interferes in the realization of it. I understand that if I do not deliver the total amount of my 25 tickets 15 days before the event, I will be out of the competition. I clarify that the information presented in this agreement is totally and absolutely true and I accept that, otherwise, it could be the cause of the automatic dismissal of my participation including any legal situation to which, through my negligence, it would accredit me.

Estoy plenamente consciente en que es mi deseo personal, participar en el concurso denominado de ahora en adelante (Certamen) para la elección de: Rostro Latino USA 2018. El cual podría ser transmitido por algún canal de Televisión quien se encargará de dar difusión a dicho evento.

Estoy en pleno conocimiento, que, para tener la oportunidad de formar parte en las audiciones preliminares de dicha convocatoria, acepto otorgar mi consentimiento para dar el derecho del uso apropiado de mi imagen y voz en caso de ser necesario para la promoción de dicho Certamen. Así mismo, me comprometo a cumplir con las reglas necesarias y estipuladas por los organizadores de dicho evento. Al entregar esta solicitud, me queda bien claro y entendido que me comprometo a garantizar, de manera adecuada cada una de las cláusulas que a continuación se mencionan.

1. Por medio del presente documento autorizo irrevocablemente a MT Entertainment el derecho de utilizar para todo el mundo y de forma indefinida el uso de mi nombre, Voz e Imagen, para finalidades

   relacionadas con dicho Certamen utilizando cualquier agencia de publicidad o a terceros según crean conveniente para una mejor promoción. El cual mi nombre podría aparecer en revistas como material biográfico, además autorizo a otorgar mi permiso para aparecer en los videos que podrían grabarse durante el proceso de dicho Certamen en el cual otorgo el consentimiento de que pueden utilizar mi imagen, apariencia, voz y carisma en cualquier formato que deriva de la promoción, puede ser prensa, radio televisión e incluso los métodos que actualmente rigen en la sociedad como son: la difusión por las redes sociales incluyendo el Internet y sistemas inalámbricos dicha promoción podría aparecer sin previo aviso y así mismo entiende que no existirá ningún tipo de compensación para mi persona

2. Reconozco acepto no tener derecho alguno a ningún reclamo de Publicación: 

1. Reconozco y acepto que podrían suceder situaciones incomodas o negativas en cuanto a mi persona por cualquier motivo inclusive hasta en mi forma de hablar, vestir o caminar:

Acepto y reconozco que  Manuel Martínez, y todos los colaboradores del Certamen Rostro Latino USA, los patrocinadores, las agencias publicitarias, la radio la prensa escrita, las revistas y todo el entorno que implica la plataforma de dicho Certamen, quedan exentos de cualquier reclamo de parte mía o de mis familiares por algún inconveniente o conveniente relacionado con el uso de mi imagen en la realización y promoción indefinida de dicho Certamen: 

3. Entiendo y acepto que es de mi conocimiento que dicho contrato se basa en el código de ley “1542” estipulada en el Estado de California:

Declaro y reconozco haber leído claramente y de manera voluntaria cada una de las reglas estipuladas por los organizadores de dicho Certamen RL USA para el cual me comprometo a seguir paso a paso las normas estipuladas en el mismo de la misma manera que entiendo MT Entertainment se deslinda de cualquier responsabilidad hacia mi persona en caso de cualquier accidente que pudiese su citarse durante el proceso del mismo incluyendo el periodo relacionado con cualquier viaje en torno a dicho certamen:

5. Manifiesto estar en pleno uso de mis facultades físicas y mentales para poder participar en las audiciones y posteriormente en la final si se diera mi caso e incluso para firmar dicho acuerdo, manifiesto que lo hago sin ninguna presión, es plenamente mi voluntad:

6. Reconozco y entiendo que en caso de ser elegible para la etapa final de dicho concurso Certamen podría ser requerida a firmar otros documentos adicionales en relación al Certamen:

Reconozco y acepto a no promover ningún producto comercial mientras dure el proceso del Certamen, con ninguna compañía que no esté relacionada con los organizadores de RL USA ni tampoco voy a permitir autorizar mi imagen para ninguna agencia de publicidad que no pertenezca a la estructura de: MT Entertainment. Aceptando que de no ser a si yo me hare acreedora a la sanción correspondiente: 

8. Reconozco y acepto participar en todas y cada una de las fases preliminares y finales incluso ensayos si fuera necesario con los organizadores de Rostro Latino USA sin crear conflictos de ninguna clase: 

9. En caso de contar con mi pareja, acepto presentar un permiso por escrito firmado ante uno de los organizadores en el cual me autoriza su consentimiento para participar en dicho Certamen, sin causar ningún contratiempo que interfiera en la realización del mismo.

10. Entiendo que si no entrego el importe total de mis 25 boletos 15 días antes del evento, quedare fuera de la competencia.

Aclaro que la información presentada en este acuerdo es total y absolutamente verdadera y acepto que, de no ser así, pudiera ser causa de la destitución automática de mi participación incluyendo cualquier situación legal a la que por mi negligencia me acreditaría.
